Heather started with Greenwood and Company after finishing college in 2007, over the years she has learnt the different roles throughout the office however her main role is the accounts and the day to day running of the office. Tania started at Greenwood and Company in 2008. She went into the property industry in the early 2000s, after working across the sector in London and the South East. Tania has substantial knowledge of property management and has gained a great reputation with Greenwood’s clients. Outside the office, Tania loves walking her dog Lexi and has just started bowls at Farnham Bowling Club. Tania enjoys holidaying in Dartmoor and Dartmouth and loves afternoon teas and long walks on the moors with Lexi.
Jacqui started at Greenwood and Company in May 2015. She has worked within the property sector for several years, having previously worked as a Lettings Manager for 12 years, followed by a break from the Industry, working for a Private Hospital in an HR role. She returned to the property industry in 2012 gaining further experience in property sales and block management. Jacqui now works alongside Tania in our Property Management Department, bringing with her a wealth of experience and knowledge. In her spare time, Jacqui enjoys dancing, hiking, Pilates, Yoga and Spinning classes.

Steve Nicolaides joined a national firm of Estate Agents as a negotiator in 1981 and after a successful 11 year spell, had risen to area manager responsible for two local branches. Nicola was with Greenwood and Company from the very beginning in 1991, she later became a partner and continues to work dealing with all aspects of the company. She is head of the Accounts Department, dealing with our clients' accounts and tax queries. She also oversees the day to day smooth running of the office. When not in the office, Nicola is a keen photographer and enjoys long walks, having recently been on a few hiking trips.
